Squeaky Binders is a trademark of The South West Photography School Partnership which was formed in 2011 by Lynn Dumbell and Graham Barrett with offices at Millendreath, St Ingunger Country Offices, Bodmin, Cornwall PL30  5HS to teach photography and image making. Ten years later our primary activity is now the production of hand bound notebooks, art cards and prints in a variety of forms and processes using our own photographs and images and selling our work through this website www.squeakybinders.co.uk

 To operate this site and our online shop we need to collect personal information from our visitors. This Privacy Policy sets out how we address the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation by explaining when and why we collect this data, what we use it for, the situations under which we might disclose some or all of it to other people and how we keep this data safe and secure.

We collect information about a visitor to the site through:

·       cookies in order that the site can function properly and 

·       information provided by the visitor to facilitate the payment and delivery of purchases.

When you first visit www.squeakybinders.co.uk you will be asked to agree the use of cookies before you can access the content of our site.

This website is hosted by Square Space using their technical expertise and facilities.  Squarespace’s privacy policy may be viewed at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy where you can also read that any information garnered through your interaction with our site is used in “anonymous, aggregated or pseudonymized form which does not focus on you individually.”

There are no third party service providers connected to the site that would result in the use of any additional cookies other than those used by Squarespace.

User Provided Information

We ask you to provide only that information required to facilitate your purchase goods from our shop and for its safe delivery. This will include your name, address details, email and phone number. We never share any of your personal information with any other individual or business unless strictly necessary and with your consent. 

Payment for goods is facilitated by Squarespace through the payment processor Paypal.  Your payment details are never accessed, collected nor stored by us or by Squarespace except for the bare essentials provided by Paypal to show that a legitimate payment has been completed. This could include the last four digits of your payment card number.

When you place an order with us online we will share your name and address details with delivery services such as UPS, DPD or Royal Mail to arrange safe delivery to you.  We may also share your email and/or phone number with them so that they can keep you updated with tracking information or let you know if there is a problem with the delivery of your order.

Your personal information as outlined above is stored by Paypal and Squarespace at the highest levels of encryption and security. We do not store any of your payment data on our own computers.

You can collect and pay for your purchases from our studio at St Ingunger by prior arrangement if you would prefer not to disclose your personal information online.
