JAPANESE STAB BINDING ALBUMS
Stab Binding Albums are made with photos in mind.
They have internal spacers to provide room to accommodate them and are based on a traditional Japanese stab binding technique. Our hand crafted solid hardwood stitching plate adds a innovative Squeaky Binders twist to this age old binding method.
Albums show English Yew wood (red stitching) and Lace wood (black stitching ) plates. The star pattern featured on these particular albums is our own development from a beccamakingfaces design.
We have several stitching patterns and types of hardwood from Red Oak to English Yew for you to choose from. Similarly, you can choose from a number of bookcloth colours and their coordinating linings to make your album a contemporary classic and an heirloom to be treasured for years to come.
